The Israeli Economic Mission to the West Coast is responsible for enhancing bi-national trade relations between the West Coast and Israel by helping the Israeli business community expand their global reach into Silicon Valley, whether it's by connecting Israeli start-ups with potential partners or providing advice on regulatory and financial best practices. Our operations span a variety of sectors, with a focus on high-tech, security, new media, cleantech and biotechnology. In the coming months we'll be engaged in a range of activities in all of these sectors, from inbound Israeli delegations to Israeli business summits and industry-specific conferences. Automotive Delegation, July 9-11
This 3 day delegation will include seven Israeli startups and fourteen US companies. After a stop in Michigan, these startups will be coming to the heart of Silicon Valley to meet with automakers and tech companies.
Companies participating on the U.S. side include Renault, Nissan, LG, Honda, Ford, Renesas, Maxim Integrated, GM, Delphi, Clarion, Transportation Technology Ventures, AutoTech Ventures, Hyundai, Nvidia, and Sony.

Gaming Delegation, July 22-24
Israel will be showcasing nine companies at Casual Connect, the premiere event for the casual gaming industry with over 5,500 professionals in attendance.
The conference will take place in San Francisco on July 22-24. During this time, Israeli gaming companies will be meeting with the likes of Apple, Microsoft, Tapjoy, Zynga, Blizzard and Ubisoft.

Israel at IBC Amsterdam 2014, Sept 12-16
The Israeli Broadcasting Technology Industry is back at IBC in Amsterdam, presenting a full spectrum of innovative solutions tailored to cables companies, satellite services, IPTV, OTT, content owners, TV networks, broadcasting equipment, and smart TV.
The Israeli new media industry has developed rapidly over the last few years, with more than 600 companies classified as start-ups. In partnership with the Israeli Economic Mission to the West Coast, ICON will be hosting an exclusive invite-only conference in Palo Alto on September 10th, 2014.
The event will be geared towards opening doors in the U.S. market for Israeli tech startups as part of ICON's goal to create a support network for the Israeli entrepreneurial community.

HLS Israel 2014, Nov 9-12
Responding to homeland security developments and trends around the world, Israel HLS 2014 will focus on four principal areas that are the top of every government’s list: Cyber Security, Securing the Smart City, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Emergency Management.
The conference will include lectures by security experts, exhibitions with next-generation and field-proven technologies, and an ideal setting to network and meet one-on-one with the top Israeli companies in the field of homeland security.
HLS is a joint effort of the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Defense, the Israeli Police and the Israeli Industry Center for R&D. California Israel Business Summit, Oct 22-23
The California – Israel International Business Summit is the prestigious inaugural conference connecting Big Data, Cloud, Cyber Security, FinTech, Health IT, Internet of Things, Mobile, New Media, growth companies, corporations and investors.
The summit includes showcases by Israeli startups, broad panels, fireside chats, one-on-one meetings and a VIP Cocktail Reception.
